Roles & Responsibilities GenAI Developer (5+ Years Experience) Minimum 5 years of overall experience , with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building Generative AI (GenAI) solutions Strong working knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks , including experience in one or more of the following: LangGraph CrewAI Proven expertise in GenAI technologies , including: Python , LangChain , LangGraph , OpenAI APIs Azure Document Intelligence (ADI) Azure Service Bus Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) Experience in designing and implementing end-to-end GenAI applications with focus on scalability and enterprise-grade architecture Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain and ability to apply GenAI solutions to relevant use cases Capable of integrating AI models with enterprise systems and APIs to build context-aware , intelligent applications Demonstrates clear communication skills , capable of working with technical and business stakeholders
